This reminds me during the time I was in elementary school (late 60s - early70s), a worker Wang Jinxie (王进喜）at Da Qing Oil field (大庆油田） wascelebrated as national hero； he felt so ashamed the fact that all the buseson the streets in China had to carry a large sack on its roof due to lack ofgasoline/oil; so he vowed to find oil in the Chinese underground, and he wasable to find and drilled the first oil well in Da Qing.
