　2012年10月6日上午，绿色啄木鸟组织联合北京西站城管在北京西站开展“做文明有礼北京人”学雷锋志愿服务活动。活动以维护北京西站文明环境，为旅客送平安为主题，帮助旅游指路，解答疑难问题，并帮助旅客寻找家人等。

　　绿色啄木鸟活动负责人施克带领志愿者和西站城管一起，维护西站广场秩序，服务返城旅客.参加活动的志愿者还有冯磊，韩喃喃以及周志芳、周承吾母子俩，还有4名西站城管队员。志愿者帮助旅客指路，并解答问题，维护车站环境，劝阻乱吐乱扔等不文明行为. 志愿者冯磊帮助一名旅客寻找到了家人。在旅客高峰期，咨询问路的旅客都排成了长队，志愿者认真的服务受到了旅客们高度评价。

　　此次活动参加人数10人，服务时间20小时，受众人数2000人。
